God of War 4 has not been given an official release date, neither it has an official teaser trailer leaked. However, due to the latest rumours on the game cinematic tests, we are sure that we will soon see God of War pictures, or at least gameplay screenshots. The franchise is just too successful to be left behing just like that.

this is my idea of how the story of god of war 4 begins , if u remember the end of god of war 1 athena clearly stated that she can not allow kratos 2 die by his own hand so that alone tells u hes still alive so wen he fell from the cliff in god of war 3 he did not entirely die he just went back 2 hades and u know how even though kratos unintentionally killed athena her ghost returned in god of war 3 to help him now u remember in god of war 3 another helper of kratos Gaia was killed by kratos 4 the reason that she betrayed him so im guessing that since she previously assisted him in god of war 2 her ghost might return 2 apoligize 4 wat she did just like athena had done before and if Gaia helps him im god of war 4 i think kratos’ new blades should be called the blades of gaia (just a thought)

Nice, a reliable fan-made site for news of the upcoming GoW game:). If I remeber correctly the producers stated that GoW 3 will not be the last game, but it WILL be the final episode of the current storyline. So, my guesses for GoW 4 are that it may occur on a new era (the Roman times for example), or/and have a new starring character, though GoW 3′s ending showed us otherwise, since Kratos did not die after all. And, to be honest, noone wants Kratos to leave, right?:D

Actually, it’s a rumor that in God of War IV that Kratos is traveling to Egypt to kill the Oracle for all the pain and suffering she caused him, since she was the one who predicted how he was going to destroy everything.
Deimos comes into GOW IV because of Co-Op, which is being stated in the 4th game. Deimos and Kratos work together to destroy the Oracle, but more characters are supposed to be released as well.

I hope they don’t ruin god of war 4 with multiplayer like what happened to assassins creed, some games just don’t need it. They don’t need to screw around with a game that’s allready awsome!
